Hurt my back when I slipped on frame 6 of the first game and finished with 4 split opens.

Hurt me back in 6th frame when I slipped on the approach. Thought about quitting, but stayed.

Really slowed down. Low backswing, and follow through, to ease the pain. Did a lot of stretching.

Game 3

Pair: 15-16

Feels better, but will keep the speed down. Seemed to work better. The lower backswing is causing me to identify my early hand turn problem. I must have been pulling my arm back. Hmmmm.
