Tough night. Took a while to find the shot, but then was inconsistent once I had it. Not much wiggle room, a board one way or the other would slide or over-recover in wet/dry conditions.

Took about 7 frames to decide I had to move - too little too late. Missed 6-7-10, with 1 strike over front 7 for a 188.

Started with a turkey but fell apart with 3 opens in a row, chopped 3-6, missed 2-7 and yanked 10 pin. Finally threw another strike in the 11th after another move for a 178.

A little better in the 3rd game, but no room for error plus some bad luck. Solid 9 and 7 pin leaves didn't help matters, but I threw enough solid shots to scrape together a 222.

I think the shot was there, I just needed to make it.
