OK, it's official that I'm bowling out of my head now.

What's interesting is that I had no confidence coming out of practice. Was struggling to find a line and ball combination that would work. Lanes seemed to have a high volume of oil in the middle but were fairly dry outside. My usual line was coming back too hard with the HyRoad Solid and the Scream wasn't finishing. Decided to try more of an inside, tight line and after struggling for a couple of shots, found it was gold!

First game started a little slow as I was still searching. Actually I had the shot, but execution was off. Was looking pretty good coming into the 9th. Just crushed one high flush, but somehow left a 7 pin. I didn't account for the oil in the middle and slid the spare right by it. Still managed a 216 with a double and a triple along the way.

Started the 2nd game with the front 7. Pulled it slightly in the 8th and got a little unlucky with a 4-9 split that I missed. Finished pretty well for a 253.

Was pretty excited after finishing up the 2nd game with 11 solid shots and 1 could have been. I usually suffer a letdown after nice games like that, but this time I started the 3rd game with the front 8! Threw nice shots in the 9th and 10th but left a ringing 10 and a weak 10 followed by my worst shot of the night on the fill ball. Could have tied my best single game but was ecstatic with a 267 especially since I topped my previous best series of a 727 by 9 pins!
