Still using the brace? Strike ball is looking better... Are you taking it off for spares?

Yes I am. I made an adjustment to it last week towards the end of the 3rd game. The thing that lets the wrist go left or right? I think it's for axis tilt maybe? Anyways, the adjustment I made was to loosen it up, grip the ball in my stance normally, then tighten it back up. That put it 2.5 dots left of neutral, which, when looking down at the top of my hand, makes the wrist go to the right.

I mostly took it off for spares, except the last two frames of game 2 and frame 4 of game 3. One thing that really got me fired up was that when I practice, I throw the 1st ball at the 10 pin, then the 2nd at the pocket. I nailed the 10 every time in practice, then missed 3 out of 5 that 1st game. The first one was slightly left, the next two too far right.

We won the last game, which kept our opponents from winning the 1st half. We finished tied for 3rd with 28 wins, 28 losses.

Sherwood has rent a lane for 2 hours for $25 on New Years Day, anything going on down your way? I want to throw a lot of games Friday or Saturday.

I was thinking I'd like to bowl on NYD... We'll see how the head feels.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I went to a 5 step approach at some point, I thought I made a note during that frame (updating from phone) but I guess not. Probably it was at the start of game 2. I'm hoping to improve the timing of my pushaway rather than starting it and my approach at the same time as in the 4 step. Not sure how it effective it was, put your coaching eyes on tomorrow and we'll check it out.
