First time out with the new ball. Wasn't sure the conditions were going to be right, but there was oil on the lanes for a change so I gave it a shot.

Worked pretty well for the 1st game as I threw 8 of 11 strikes for a 247.

Started having carry issues, possibly due to some carry down in the second. Same line as the first game but I kept coming in light. When I did throw a solid pocket shot, it wouldn't go. One miss on a 2-7 for a mediocre 191.

The wheels came off in the third came. I probably should have changed balls, but I wanted to give the Hy-Road Solid one more chance. Back-to-back 4-6-7-10's were a killer (almost made one). I think my concentration was shot as a couple of frames later I guttered one followed by a 3-6-7-10 conversion. 4 opens for a 152.

Nice start, but weak finish for a 590. Need some help in the 3rd guys!
