Felt like I was making progress tonight. Was all over the right lane with 9 in a row over the first two games. Left lane came around in the second with 4 out of 5. Had a possible 279 going into the 10th but tugged it a little. Pretty happy with a 255 though on the heels of a 216 first game.

Third game was looking good with 4 of the first 5. Ringing 10 in the 6th and converted, but then the wheels fell off. 2-8-10 in the 7th, chopped a 6-10 in the 8th and whiffed a 10 pin in the 9th. Finished with a disappointing 180, but pretty happy with a 651 overall.

We were in first place and the team we bowled was in 2nd. Guy on the other team beat me 258-255 in the second game, and although my son did pretty well (34 over average), our combined 85 over average couldn't beat his 723 (117 over average) and we lost 5.
