Had to work with rejuvenated and new surfaces on bowling balls. Did fairly well. Splits killed me, however, I was able to make all my makeable spares except 1 (which was in the tenth frame in the last game).

  • 1) Well that was a bad break.
  • 3) That 5 pin should've fallen. It danced so much that you'd thought it was Michael Jackson. The machine even marked it a strike instead of a 9 count.
  • 8) A bit slow
  • 9) Body was too low and shoulders didn't get back around. Changed the axis rotation.

Weird because I had to start a little bit further outside. Had to really work on staying up and freeing up my swing.

  • 2) Flat 10
  • 3) Body a little low, shoulders didn't get around.
  • 4) Pulled the ball some but the speed helped it stay on target.
  • 5) Pulled the ball, feet were a little too fast.
  • 7) Feet got all messed up. Should've stopped because I wasn't able to get the cross-steps in sync.
  • 9) Balls stuck on thumb, especially on the spare shot. The releases were both really wonky.
  • 12) Ball got stuck again.

Worked on freeing up the swing and matching my feet to it.

  • 1) Well that was an even better way to start a game. Nearly got the spare as well.
  • 4) Tried an increase in B.S., didn't quite work so well.
  • 5) Changed ball because the backends were really moving. Hy-road handles that a little better.
  • 7) Took a piece of tape out of my thumbhole after this shot. Poor release and left a flat 10.
  • 9) Bad finish position and pulled the ball, feet were most likely fast.
  • 11) Bad first ball and rushed the spare shot. First non-split open the entire night.

This was a really tough game. Damn Splits killed me, as did my thumbhole. Had to take some tape out, did it a bit late.
