Horrible night. Trying to make the switch to going straight at spares rather than throwing my hook ball. Maybe mid season isn't the time for that but it's gotta be done sometime, whenever I leave these lanes and play a tournament I really struggle to make them so in the long run this is the right move to make.

Lost 3 of 4 last night, the one game we won was by one pin. I needed to make 8 to tie, 9 to win. Missed my mark, threw it wide and just turned away because I didn't think it had a chance to get more than 3. When I turned around again only the 2 pin was standing. That ball must have come back and just barely clipped the headpin. We'll take it, makes up for all the times I got screwed on pocket hits.
