Series

My goal for today was to muscle memory my hand movement from start to release and follow through. I was able to keep the same movement for two solid games as i got tired in third game started to return to bad habits. But overall was a good practice.

  • 2) Came in flat with first ball, then pushed spare (white dot) to the right, getting only the 6
  • 3) perfect release
  • 5) this one came up brooklyn.
  • 6) four bagger, still holding at 5:00 and releaseing with thumb up
  • 7) to fast with approach then totaly missed the spare
  • 8) back in the pocket good movement
  • 10) 10th frame another split. pushed the spare ball flat down center

wanted to work on only the hand placement and release and i thinl all went great.

  • 1) another good movement
  • 2) came in flat droped the ball early but picked up the 5. i hold the spare ball up high now aim and just drop it, seems to be working
  • 3) another flat release on spare pick up. first ball coming high now.
  • 4) move to 19 roll to 10
  • 5) same
  • 6) missed the spare because i went back to holding spare ball low.
  • 7) came up high
  • 8) move half board to 18 1/2 still roll to 10
  • 10) 3-bagger
  • 11) four in row
  • 12) finish with 5 in a row

Start again on the 18 roll to 10 with hand at 5:00 postion
had to move feet first to 19 then back to 18 1/2 learning more about this.

  • 2) felt little funny on release not sure why
  • 3) drifting high with first ball able to hang spare
  • 4) kept spare ball high hit it
  • 5) still coming high need to move
  • 6) move back to 18 roll 10 hand at 4:00
  • 7) almost came little low
  • 8) move to 18 roll 10 hand at 4:00 and threw harder
  • 9) again flat and straight missed 2 pin
  • 10) spare ball high and hit it
  • 11) good finish only 3 opens

Starting at 18 1/2 and roll to 10. hand still at 5:00
today i learned alot try again tomorrow.
